The Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE (L300) is a budget phone that retails for just $100 on contact. However, it is not made to blow you away with its performance and it would not impress you with its small keyboard on a small display. Also, the Victory 4G L300 is not so much of a victory for Samsung considering the phone is plagued with myriad software issues. While you can yourself fix those issues by installing third party apps, we do not expect a normal user to fix the bugs this way.

Samsung Galaxy Z aka I9103 galaxy R looks like a long lost cousin of Samsung Galaxy SII. The Android powered device does have the looks and the specs to look for. The phone also comes pre-loaded with file manager. It misses out on providing a dedicated camera key. Also, the camera quality of galaxy i9100 S II is much better.  But the battery life of galaxy Z is pretty amazing with around 22hours talktime, in comparison to 18hours fitted in S II.
