Samsung Galaxy Chat is not a part of the Galaxy Pro Phone category but it does look like one. The Galaxy Chat comes with a not-so-common front facing hardware keyboard, which should appeal to Blackberry 9900-type users that want to convert to Android users. While its specs are not ground breaking, it does come with Android 4.0 ICS.
