Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 4G P7320T is available for Telstra in Australia. The tablet supports GSM. There’s no provision for card slot, but the tablet supports video calling. But what is missing is FM Radio and the new Ice Cream Sandwich. The tablet comes with Honeycomb and is available only in black color. The tab is not that lightweight when compared with other tablets. It also supports GPRS and EDGE which is a missing feature in Galaxy tab 8.9 P7310.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 P3110 is the no-GSM version of Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 P3100. The tablet is lightweight and comes with Ice Cream Sandwich. The UI is excellent and the tablet is quite easy to use. The tablet is also available in white color. The hardware is satisfactory.

Though there are other 7 inch tablets that have better resolutions than Galaxy Tab 2, the touchscreen and the amazing Ice Cream Sandwich takes away brownie points for the tablet. The tab is available in white color as well. FM Radio is missing. The tablet is lighter than P1000 Galaxy Tab.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE I815 is a CDMA device available for Verizon USA. The tablet supports multitouch and also provides  for video calling. The browser supports flash. The processor is fast enough and the touchscreen is amazing to look at. Note that there is no GSM support. The tablet is quite similar to P6810 Galaxy Tab 7.7.

Samsung P6810 Galaxy Tab 7.7 is very similar to P6800 Galaxy Tab. P6810 though misses out on GPRS and EDGE. The tablet has Super AMOLED touchscreen, which is beautiful to look at. Note that it does not support GSM. The browser supports flash. The battery life is awesome, though the performance is sluggish at times. Sadly, there is no ice Cream Sandwich in the tablet.

The P6800 Galaxy Tab 7.7 is one of the thinnest tablet available. The Super Amoled Display is awesome as always. The tablet is amazing for watching videos and there is quite an upgradation in the battery life when compared with P1000 galaxy tab. But the tablet is quite heavy when we compare it with Galaxy Tab 10.1. The camera quality of P6800 could have been better. What is disappointing is the missing Ice Cream Sandwich.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is an Android powered tablet, that is popular as Galaxy Tab 10.1N P7511 in Germany. The tablet has an incredibly beautiful screen  and is portable. The battery life is good and the tab manages to give a tough competition to iPad. The Vodafone version aka P7100 is a little heavier though, but has a better camera quality. The USP of the tablet is its thinness and its hardware. The price is very much similar to the iPad 2, so count your pros before going for this Android device.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE I905 is an Android powered device. The tablet’s performance is awesome and the the tab can also be used as a hotspot. The tablet is a CDMA only device and is available for Verizon USA. There is no card slot and misses out on GPRS and EDGE. The tablet can work for up to 12 hours normally while Samsung Galaxy Tab P7100 10.1v offers 10 hours.

Samsung P7500 is a lightweight, thin tablet that is Android powered. The tablet has better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab P7100 10.1v, but the latter scores on camera quality. Though the Honeycomb seems outdated now, but the tablet still manages to appeal with its hardware. The battery life is good and can be used for around 9hours. The camera quality is not that awesome. But the display is bright and beautiful.  The phone also features a front camera for those interested in video calling.

Samsung P1010 Galaxy Tab Wi-FI is one of the toughest competitors of iPad. The 7 inch Android tablet has an incredibly good display. It is not that heavy to carry and is very easy to work on.  The tablet is very apt for web browsing and watching movies, but there are other tablets in the market that are bigger and priced similar. The performance is a bit sluggish at times. The tablet has no GSM support, though P1000 Galaxy Tab does have GSM support. Also missing is FM radio, GPRS and EDGE. The tablet is also available in grey color.
